The application process for the Kerala Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2021, which is set to take place on April 11, started on March 17th. The deadline to submit an application is March 28. KMAT is a state-level entrance exam administered by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) for admission to various management schools in Kerala. Here are six main facts about the exam that you should be aware of.
Eligibility for KMAT 2021
• Non-Indians and Indians alike are welcome to apply. Only Keralite candidates, however, are eligible for reservations and fee reductions.
• There is no upper age limit for taking the KMAT.
• A applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: art, commerce, science, or engineering. Candidates in their final year of college can also take the KMAT.
• In terms of grades, a KMAT aspirant must adhere to the eligibility criteria defined by the institutes to which he or she is applying.
Syllabus for KMAT 2021
This management entrance exam’s syllabus is based on the 10 + 2 curriculum. Among the issues are:
• Reading Comprehension and English Language Use
• Quantitative IQ (Quantitative Aptitude).
• Logical reasoning and data sufficiency
• Current events and general knowledge
Exam format and grading system
The KMAT is a three-hour computer-based examination that is conducted through various test centres in Kerala. A total of 180 analytical style questions are asked in this 720-point exam. In terms of the marking scheme, each correct answer receives four points, while each incorrect answer receives one point. Exam patterns and weightings by subject can be found here.
Marks That Qualify
Candidates from the general category/SEBC will be eligible for MBA courses at various management institutes in Kerala if they earn 10% of the total 720 points, or 72. The SC/ST group has a qualifying cut-off of 7.5 percent of total points, or 54.

This management entrance exam has an online application process that can be completed at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The measures are as follows:
• Go to the official site.
• Go to K-Mat 2021 Online Application and click on it.
• To register, go to the Registration tab and fill out the required fields: Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Create a safe password.
• After registering, use the number and password to fill out the application form.
• Use a debit/credit card or net banking to make an online payment. You can also go with the e-challan option. The application fee is Rs.1000 for general and SEBC candidates, and Rs.750 for SC/ST candidates.
• Scanned copies of the candidate’s passport-size picture and signature should be uploaded.
Photograph format and size: This should be a coloured JPEG image with a file size of between 15 and 30 KB.
Candidate signature format and size: This should be a JPEG image with a file size of between 10 and 100 KB.
• After choosing your desired review centre, submit the form. You have the option of choosing up to four separate centres.
• Print the application form after
downloading it.
Admit Card for KMAT 2021
The Admit Card for this exam can be downloaded from the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The issue date has yet to be determined. The admit card will not be mailed to you.
