After a dull 2020, Yash Raj Films is set to make a splash at the theatres in 2021. Announcing its slate for the year, the studio wrote in a tweet, “#YRF announces slate of films for 2021, wants to bring audiences back to the theatres!”
Sharing the big news, YRF shared a post wherein the production house announced the release dates of Ranbir Kapoor starrer Shamshera, Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji’s Bunty Aur Babli 2, Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, Ranveer Singh’s Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar starrer Prithviraj. To note, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar will be releasing on March 19 this year while Bunty Aur Babli 2 which will also star Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari will hit the screens on April 23. On the other hand, Ranbir and Vaani Kapoor starrer Shamshera will hit the screens on June 25.
Moving on Ranveer, Shalini Pandey, Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah starrer Jayeshbhai Jordaar will be releasing August 27, 2021. This isn’t all. YRF’s period drama Prithviraj which will mark Manushi’s big Bollywood debut will have a Diwali release on November 5 this year.
Undoubtedly, this major announcement by Yash Raj Films has got the fans excited about the upcoming movies.
