During the discussion on the budget in Lok Sabha on Saturday the finance minister hits out at congress former President Rahul Gandhi saying that he us becoming the ‘doomsday’ man for India by constantly insulting constitutional functionaries and creating fake narratives on various issues.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, she listed out 10 points where she expected Rahul Gandhi to speak on during his speech in Lok Sabha on Thursday but he talked about Farm Laws, covid-19 situation, India-China border stand-off to demean and show India in poor light. She said “ I am very scared to think (he is probably becoming a doomsday man for India”. Finance Minister also attacked Gandhi on his remark “Hum do Hamare do”. She said that this applied to Congress which catered to the interests of its Son-in-law . There two ran the party and two, who were to be taken care off.
The comment On Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi left Congress benches in surprise, with party leader Adhir Ranjan Chawdhury protesting feebly. Congress Lok Sabha member TN Prathapan has given notice of breach of privilege against Finance Minister on Saturday for her remarks on Rahul Gandhi.
