Report by Sakshi Suman:
On Thursday, Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi again targeted the Modi government on Farm’s law in the Lok Sabha. He said that today four people are running the country and everyone knows who they are. He took a dig at Prime Minister, Rahul said ‘Many years ago there had a slogan (Hum do Hmare do) we two and our two, that slogan has back to characterise this government’.
Congress leader said that today our country cannot generate employment, it will not be able to do even tomorrow because the backbone of the country have been broken. He added that it is not the farmers’ movement but the movement of the country, the farmers are only showing the way, the flashlight in the dark. In his speech Rahul Gandhi describes the intent of the three farm laws, Rahul said” Yesterday while addressing the house, the opposition was talking about the agitation by farmers groups but not about the content and intent of the laws. I though I would ma3the Prime Minister happy by Speaking on the content and intent of the laws. The intent of the first law is to give one friend the right to have all the crops of India.
Who will be at loss from this? The small business men, hawkers and those working in the mandis. The intent of the second law is to help the friend to keep 40% of the crops in his storage .the third law’s intent is that when a farmer goes before a corporate for a correct price on his crops, he cannot approach the court if he is short changed”. The congress leader said that this will destroy the country’s food security system and after years the people of country will have to die of hunger once again.
